Founded in 1992, Newman Dignan & Sheerar is an independent investment and wealth management firm, privately owned by the principals.  We are a "fee only" based advisor and are not affiliated with any financial institutions.  ND & S provides the highest quality of investment and wealth management services to individuals, fiduciaries, non-profit, and profit corporations.

Our personnel include five senior investment professionals each with over twenty years of experience.  Together with our dedicated staff, we will act as a team to provide the best overall services and advice to our clients.

Newman, Dignan & Sheerar is a registered Security Exchange Commission investment advisor located in Providence, Rhode Island.  ND & S does not take custody of any client assets.  We use third party, insured custodians like Charles Schwab Institutional and The Washington Trust Company.
